We make time to go through your home inspection report with you and your agent.  While we encourage you to attend your inspection, we understand if you cannot make it.  The inspector will happily take the time after you have received your report to make sure you understand it and answer any questions you may have.

Home Inspection Reports are emailed to you just as soon as they are ready.  The inspection process continues past walking through the house.  We then sit down and review the inspection internally to ensure we are communicating our findings properly before we send it.

Our modern reports can be viewed on your phone, tablet, or computer.  Like we said, you’ll be viewing your home inspection report at your convenience within 24 hours.
